Insurance Information

Draver Dental is an in-network provider with Delta Dental (as a Premier Provider), and Cigna.  However, there are many levels of benefits and many plans that may limit your care to certain offices.  To determine if we are in network or out of network for your specific plan, please use your insurance’s website to search for dentists listed for your specific plan.  If you need further assistance, please contact our office. We'd be happy to help!

We are out of network with Aetna, Connection Dental, Decare, DHA, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, and UnitedHealthcare. However, that does not mean we cannot see you!  We are happy to help you look into your insurance. Many plans offer out-of-network coverage; however, some do not.
