Exceptional Oral Healthcare
Preventative oral healthcare is critical to maintaining a healthy mouth. With Draver Dental, you’ll leave every routine appointment feeling fresh and confident in your smile.
Seeing patients once every six months ensures a healthy, well-maintained mouth. Each routine visit includes:
A thorough cleaning to refresh your mouth and remove plaque and tartar build-up.
A fresh polish, for that squeaky-clean feeling!
A check-up for cavities, as well as an oral cancer screening by Dr. Draver.
If you haven’t seen a dentist recently, consider Draver Dental a welcoming place to return for the best oral healthcare.
Once a year, during your routine cleaning, Bitewing X-rays will be taken of your upper and lower mouth to detect cavities.
Every three to five years, Draver Dental recommends a panoramic X-ray. Panoramic X-rays show a 2D view of your mouth from ear to ear and reveals mouth-related issues from impacted teeth and infection to bone abnormalities. All X-rays provide critical information that allows Draver Dental to give you improved care.
Fluoride both strengthens your enamel and protects your teeth from acidic foods and drinks, as well as tooth decay. As a mineral often found in store-bought toothpaste and your water supply, Fluoride is great, preventive solution for the upkeep of your teeth.
Beyond the basics, there’s more you can do for sustained oral health. Draver Dental is happy working with kids to start oral hygiene at a young age. We provide in-house services like the creation of night guards and sports guards, in addition to sealants, a preventative coating placed over your teeth that are highly effective at inhibiting damage before it happens. We also perform periodontal screenings measure and record tissue pocketing, color, and texture to prevent and detect early signs of disease. Looking for information?
